Our representative usually will reply your message in 1 – 2 hours time during office hour.

For message sent after 5.30 pm till 12 midnight , we will reply in next working days from 9 am to 5.00 pm.
For message sent from 12 midnight to 9 am , we will reply from 9 am to 5.00 pm of same working days

We will temporarily switch off our whatsapp, your message only will be sent, received by us after
we back to works, we will try to reply your message on our best effort after each public holidays.

We always try to make sure the goods is in stock at our best effort, however, sometime the stock supply could be jeopardize due to factory side unable to supply in time, we will updated the relevant stock to “out of stock” or “in backorder” status.
